Operating under its own Tax Agent Licence (Registration Number 80964000) Grampians Accounting Services is a related entity to Grampians Investment Services and offers specialist SMSF advice & administration via our resident accountant.

SMSF’s can be a daunting & complex area, however they don’t need to be. By engaging with our experienced SMSF Team you can contract our services to take away the unknowns regarding SMSF’s. No one person can operate a SMSF on their own. Specialists are required to assist in meeting your SMSF obligations, most commonly in the form of an accountant, an auditor and a financial adviser. Working in partnership with Grampians Investment Services & Grampians Accounting Services, you will have access to these professional services & relationships.

SMSF’s provide an unparalleled degree of control & flexibility over your superannuation assets. This can be beneficial to individuals &/or family groups looking to consolidate their superannuation into the one investment vehicle and take an active interest in controlling their superannuation outcomes.

Centrelink Liaison

Understanding and obtaining a Centrelink entitlement can be difficult. At Grampians Investment Services we understand the burden of this process, this is why our office has an experienced Centrelink liaison who can help you not only apply for Centrelink benefits but also meet any ongoing Centrelink reporting responsibilities.

Our office has regular dealings with Centrelink for clients who are in receipt of a Social Security payment, such as the Age Pension. We recognise that benefits like the Age Pension can go a long way to helping retirees meet their living & lifestyle needs.

Review Service

Establishing your financial strategy is a step towards securing your financial future. However, any financial strategy requires regular review to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances. Often when establishing a financial plan or investment portfolio within our office, this is the start of a lifelong partnership/relationship.

It is important that your strategy is reviewed on an ongoing basis to confirm that it continues to meet (&/or works towards meeting) your needs & goals. Furthermore, any investment portfolio needs to be reviewed regularly to ensure the performance of the investments are appropriate in the current investment climate and to assess the effects of the changing economic, legislative & market environment.

Changes to your personal or financial circumstances can also warrant a change in strategy or investment approach. Our office is in regular communication with our clients to request & assess any change that may impact the existing financial plan.

Our Fixed Term Review Service offers our clients piece of mind & confidence, knowing that your strategy &/or investment portfolio remains appropriate throughout your life stage as well as the economic & market cycles.

The cost of our Fixed Term Review Service is agreed upon up-front in writing and is paid for in advance. Although our service is often maintained with our clients over many years, for transparency our office will request your continued agreement to our service every 12 months. We have no lock in contracts or long term commitments and our service can be disengaged at any time.
